Prevaj - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Sector Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen interest in technology, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector through research, networking, and referrals.
- Proactively approach potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish connections and understand their needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
3. Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Identify new market segments and emerging opportunities to expand the business footprint.
4. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client communications, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and feedback to management.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share insights and strategies to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of IT products and services (e.g., software, applications, and IT solutions).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
