- Creating and writing products specifications, software manuals, user manual and instructions for IT and Telecom products (viz router, switches, Wi FI access points, cyber security tools)
- Benchmark global products to establish technical specifications for new product introduction
- Built product presentations, solution documents, case studies and marketing material .
- Support in certification and testing for New products introduction
Skill set :
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand highly technical information & concepts and built them into easily understandable in text and pictures
- Ability to deliver high quality, immaculate documentation.
Qualification :
- Engineer Graduate/equivalent
- Hands-on in use of various tools and software for document creation.
