Presales Solutioning Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Presales/Solutioning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of street-smart intuition, and sales acumen, with a passion for solving complex data and analytics challenges. As a key member of our presales/solutioning team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by interpreting client requirements, mapping them to our products and services, and delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate the value of our solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and objectives, and effectively communicate how our products and services can address them.
- Lead the end-to-end ownership of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and proposals, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to gather input, develop compelling responses, and deliver high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and business challenges and map with products and offerings.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations that effectively showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, and leverage this knowledge to continuously enhance our presales/solutioning approach and offerings.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines with ease while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
