Presales/Sales Operation Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Possess experience of coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with onsite (US) Client/Stakeholders.
Expertise in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, Pre-sales business documents.
Mapping the solution and complete proposal with customer's requirement. Working as the owner of the proposal document and ensuring the fitness as per the RFI/RFP/RFQ demand.
Must have created & delivered long-term value added business solutions, including effort estimation and resource loading.
Experience of coordinating with different teams and leaders, such as Solution Representatives, Resource Managers, Legal, Solutioning Teams, etc. to prepare complete proposals and tracking the inputs.
Good knowledge of CRM, ERP and other major Provisioning, Order Automation and Customer Relation Management Software.
Participates in client presentations and discussions to present the technical solution.
Experienced in preparing marketing collateral, Flyers, Brochure etc.
Candidate should have excellent communication and written skills, especially in proposal writing.
Assists sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account specific sales plans.
Strong team player and a positive attitude.
Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking.
