Presales Role - Real Estate Firm (2-4 yrs)
A pre sales representative is first point of contact for the customer who has enquired about our project or has shown interest in our project. It is your communication capabilities that may covert a lead to prospect. You need to have very good communication skills and need to have the art of selling.
Functions of Pre sales representative :
- Checking for new leads that have been synced into the CRM.
- Providing information to the customers about the project and convincing them to visit the site.
- Following up for site visits.
- Coordination with the sales office.
- Its mandatory to have laptop / desktop for working
