Presales Role - IT Infra (5-7 yrs)
- Our client engage with some of the leading customer base across diverse industry segments ranging from Medium to Large Corporate Houses, IT-ITES, Banking & Financial Sector, Oil & Gas, R&D, E-Commerce Giants & many Corporate Clients. And yet, we still have a lot of unchartered territory in terms of customers to work with.
- The focus is not only on ensuring that we continue to help our existing customers with their Infrastructure requirement and providing the required solution but also onboard a new set of customers who can benefit from the latest technologies in Enterprise IT Infrastructure space.They cater to various requirements of our Corporate Customers as IT Infrastructure Enterprise Products & solutions. viz.
- Enterprise Computing Servers, Storage & Data Backup Solutions, Back up Tape Media Cartridges, Desktop & Laptop Sales, IT Infrastructure products, Master key Locking Solutions, Data Migration Services & AMC Post Sale Services.
- Being pioneer in the Data Backup Storage Solutions since 2006, we have recently added big portfolio of products catering to various OEM's as IBM, DELL EMC, Lenovo, HP, Super Micro, Veritas, VMware:
- Enterprise Servers and Storage Solutions
- High Performance Computing Servers
- Cloud Computing & Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
- Data Migration Services - Tape to Tape Conversion
- We have a dedicated sales team which continues to drive our account management and new customer acquisition while our management team provides the required analysis, insights and strategy plan.
Pre-Sales :
This Senior Pre Sales role has been specifically carved out to
a) Provide centralized pre-sales support to our sales team in their efforts to increase our share of wallet with existing customers and bring onboard new customers
The daily task will revolve around and is not limited to:
- Sales Planning: To understand the customer needs, provide Server & Storage solutions and develop groomed relationship with customer to grow Business Volumes of the Company
- Account Planning: Customer wise sales strategy including account potential, current share of wallet, whitespaces, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Dream Account Strategy: Strategy to penetrate some of the marquee clients in the industry by mapping their needs with offerings and thinking through Go To Market plan
- Account Retention: Building a strong relationship with customer and plan Customer Retention Strategy,
- Cross-functional co-ordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations and Management teams to drive overall growth objectives
This candidate must have prior experience and a proven ability as Pre-Sales consultant. The role will require the person to quickly pick up the business drivers for diverse industries, use smart ways to research on companies and their priorities, connect the dots to recommend what the sales team should pitch to these customers as well as ability to look at large data sets to drive insights for post campaign analysis.
Requirements - Pre Sales:
- At least 5 years prior proven experience in Pre-Sales
- Knowledge of Enterprise Product range is a must
- Have business acumen and a keen understanding of key business drivers
- Working closely with sales team on proposals and sales pitches for Business
- Analyze Market trends and guide sales team
- Participate in strategy meetings with Sales team as technical expert
- Prior experience in account planning an advantage but not mandatory
- Must be able to quickly come up to speed on a new industry solutions
- Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
