- Assist in creating thoughtful and targeted collateral for meetings with prospective clients as well as internal usage.

- Conduct research to comprehensively analyze and understand different teams/groups at each prospect.

- Compile and maintain a central repository for all such research above.

- A successful candidate will very quickly have enough flexibility and responsibility to grow - above and beyond the norm for the designated role.

Required Background :

- Excellent PPT skills are essential - must be able to create decks that are visually appealing and contain insightful content.

- Idea generation and creativity - ability to independently conceptualize and craft powerful slides.

- Complete accountability and a sense of ownership are critical.

- Self-starter - ability to seize the initiative and get the ball moving versus waiting for instructions.

- Excellent communication skills and accessibility - over-communication is better than under.

- Ability to manage expectations of senior management - a thick skin is preferred.

- Understanding of how our hedge fund, private equity and investment banking clients work as well as knowledge of related work streams is preferred.
