Presales Role - IT (0-1 yrs)
As an IT Presales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The responsibilities shall include:
Lead Generation : Actively seek new business sources, and identify leads to expand the client base.
Qualification : Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
Solution Preparation : Work closely with the technical team to prepare tailored solutions that address client needs.
Client Communication : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely and accurate information.
Technical Support : Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
Presentation Skills : Deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, BCA, or a related field. MCA and MBA in related fields would be highly preferred.
- Strong technical skills in a variety of IT areas.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
