Presales Role - Digital Onboarding Solution Provider (0-3 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities :

Sales Support :

- Assist the Sales team in Qualifying / Disqualifying Opportunities

- Product Positioning, Solution Demonstration to the Decision-makers and Managing Client Expectations

- Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Scoping. Creating proposals and Value Proposition documents

- Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates, delivery timelines and Infra requirements

- Work with Cross-functional teams to close Clients Technical, Functional, Compliance and Infosec requirements

- Responsible for training Sales teams on the Product, Compliance, and Technology for the assigned use-case.

Project Delivery :

- Manage the delivery (from Business Side) by coordinating with Project Delivery team

- Manage expectation of client in terms of timelines and new requests etc.

- Liaison with the Product and Sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients

- Update the Product team on Clients feedback of the product and any other market insights

- Post Agreement Sign-off, handover the lead to the project and support team as per the SOP

Documentation :

- Proposal and Scope of Work ownership. To get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off

- Assist Sales in closing legal documents (Service Agreements, NDAs, InfoSec queries, and SLA agreements, etc.)

- Work actively on pitch decks, demos, and presentations of the assigned use-cases

- Maintain and Update team and individual trackers

Additional Responsibilities :

- Account Farming / Lead Nurturing

- Understand and address the clients challenges in achieving a smooth digital customer experience and consult them to achieve higher volumes in customer acquisition.

- Identify, qualify and nurture cross-sell / up-sell opportunities and pitch Signzy offerings to new / existing customers

- Experience range : 0 - 3 years

- Salary Range : 6LPA - 12LPA
