Presales Role


1. Collaborate with sales team members to understand the security requirements and objectives of government clients and prospects.

2. Conduct technical consultations with government agencies to assess their network security needs, evaluate existing infrastructure, and recommend solutions aligned with their objectives.

3. Design comprehensive network security architectures and solutions tailored to the specific requirements and constraints of government clients, leveraging industry-leading technologies and best practices.

4. Develop detailed technical proposals, including solution diagrams, configuration recommendations, and pricing estimates, for government client engagements.

5. Present technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities of our network security solutions and address client questions and concerns.

6. Serve as a subject matter expert on government security standards and regulations, such as ISO, GDPR, FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP, and CJIS, providing guidance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements, feature requests, and roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and market trends.

8. Stay updated on the latest developments in network security technologies, government security standards, and emerging threats relevant to government agencies.

9. Provide expertise and guidance on network security best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

10. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature requirements based on customer feedback.

11. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

12. Deep understanding of network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and Load Balancers, Web Application Firewalls, SIEM, SOAR."

- "Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on presales consulting or technical sales support.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience working with enterprise customers in various industries, such as BFSI, PSUs, Defence and government.

- Relevant certifications, such as CCIE Security/CEH/CISM or equivalent, are highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset."
