Presales Role (6-9 yrs)
Role entails :
- Cull-out competitor information and help position our services
- Understand the tech solution proposed by the delivery team
- Construct a full solution for the customer
- Calls for understanding of technology components/interplay between them
- Calls for understanding of common and emerging IT job roles
- Calls for understanding of customer pain-points and relevant responses to them
- Good organizational ability to store, retrieve and represent data in a structured form - IP, core materials of the company / service offering, solution accelerators, etc
- Create and constantly enhance the deal response process
- Arrive at solution accelerators in conjunction with delivery and partner ecosystem
- Ambassador of HCL TSS in forums - symposiums, stalls, knowledge shows, etc
Personality :
- Good communication and command over the English language
- Pleasing personality - able to work without complaints. Even if situation is difficult, knows to handle deftly without creating a rucus
- Good analytical ability
- Ability to see the larger picture of a customer organization
- Commitment levels to be high
