Job Description:
1) Calling existing and potential customers, accurately recording details of customers,
2) Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat, reference business.
3) Developing in-depth knowledge of sales of Residential Apartments and Leasing services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
4) Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
5) Continuous improvisation in the quality of pre-sales processes and team performance.
6) Competitor analysis to understand the market trends/ offers/ launches/ pricing
