Presales Role (2-5 yrs)
Job Expectation:
- Should have excellent communication skills and client/ prospect facing experience.
- Should have experience in handling customer/ prospect objections (both technical and pricing).
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and the cloud engineers.
- Understand the customer/ prospect's requirement and prepare a technical solution for it on AWS cloud.
- Knowledge of Cloud, AWS, Data Center Operations and Computer Networks is a must.
- In depth knowledge of AWS services, Migration on AWS Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Storage, Security, etc.
- Should be able to have a technical discussion with the CIOs, IT Heads and other decision makers and make them aware of the solution and services provided by AWS .
- Should have hands-on experience on the AWS Management Console and AWS Simple Monthly Calculator.
- Should have experience in preparing the technical solution, architectural diagrams and proposals for cloud services.
- Should have experience of working with prospects/ customers from different industries.
- Should be ready to work as a Technical Account Manager and work along with the Sales Team to generate revenue.
- Should be able to explain the proposed solution to the AWS engineers and see to it that the best solution is implemented for the customers by the engineers.
- Should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and work as a business leader.
