What You'll Be Doing
- Plan detailed presentations of MDM product info to suite different verticles
- Present products for its features to showcase business benefits to prospects
- Answer all queries that come up during the POC to customers and ensure the POC is successful and ensure the customer is happy
- Develop solution suggestions for clients and successfully sell them
- Participate in the events to showcase our product capabilities and help with Sales presentations
- Stay knowledgeable with product updates and competitor products by continued research and study
- Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
- Use various devices to reproduce customer environments in order to answer demo queries.
- Communicate with internal product support teams to resolve product issues.
What We're Looking For :
- Interpersonal skills and confidence to face the customers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) presales
- Knowledge on SaaS product support which has a cloud console -preferably in the mobility space
- Experience on Mobile Device Platforms (Android/iOS)
- 1-4 years of work experience in the pre-sales
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Bonus points if you have :
- Domain expertise in DevOps, Hardware, SaaS, or Android
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management(MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management( EMM)
- Proven experience working in an evolving, high growth environment
