KRA's for the Solution Architect Pre Sales for Gurgaon

(Experience required - 3-4 years in the related domain )Internet/Broadband service provider & NOC planning

1. Solution Architect and Pre- sales responsibility in building end-to-end solutions in the Broadband space for the potential operators

2. Understand, Assess and Determine strategies towards building the best fit technologies and customised solutions against Green field and Brown field opportunities in Broadband space

3. Build broadband solutions & technical proposals from the Core IP (NNOC) till Customer premises

4. Sourcing the right mix of OEM's & 3rd party Vendors and stitching collaborations for the in total ECO system in line with varied project expectations and requirements

5. Planning & Implementation of the projects awarded in the Broadband space ensuring on time deliveries by way of effective and efficient co- ordination with all the stakeholders.

6. Derive the Project Plan including the budgeting and integrating the overall projects cost.

7. Grooming and Training the Team in developing requisite skills set and exposure on latest technologies.

8. Oversee resource planning and assisting in sizing work based on project-based deliverables and costings.

9. Updating self and team regarding the latest technological trends/innovations and incorporating those in solutions

10. Level 3 Support and be the Escalation point of Contact during all key implementations

11. Manage, Audit, Administer and troubleshoot all NOC supported routers, switches and Firewalls.

12. Few key technical support capabilities include; Perform changes and configuration management on the supported NOC devices, anticipation of potential problems and proactively offering suggestions to customers in areas like process adherence, technology up-gradation/ optimization, towards overall improvement in the service delivery.
