Presales Professional (5-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Learn & certify in on the Company's products
- Post-certification, one should be able to articulate and describe company products during presentations & white boarding sessions with customers.
- Good knowledge of the competitive product mainly in VDI and VPN (remote access) domain
- Should conduct interactive demonstrations remotely or physically
- Pre-sales Account management and presentation
- Solution Designing, sizing, and deployment of products and related 3rd party products
- Prepare competitive study documents and architecture documents
- Build, improve and maintain high standard of pre-sales and post-sales support
- Create knowledge base around the product, including KB articles, tutorial videos creation, FAQs, best practices documents
- Manage customer expectations and demonstrate a strong follow-up on customer's inquiries
- Give technical training to partner's sales and pre-sales team
