Presales Professional (2-3 yrs)
Pre-Sales and Customer Interaction:
- Study and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations) to align with technical and customer requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-sales process.
- Send thank-you emails and corporate catalogues to customers promptly.
Internal Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with Business Heads (BH) to discuss and strategize inquiry handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and customers for seamless communication and follow-ups.
Technical Understanding and Support:
- Review and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical insights and ensure all requirements are met in the proposed solutions.
- Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of machines and technologies
Process Ownership:
- Proactively drive the sales process forward with timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain a systematic approach to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information.
Collaboration:
- Maintain close coordination with the Business Head, customers, and OEMs to ensure alignment at every stage of the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years in technical pre-sales or sales roles.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong technical understanding of automation, mechatronics, or electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle inquiries with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
