Max CTC: 11.4 Lacs PA (INR) - Shadow Salary

Maldives Salary: 6.2 LPA (MVR)

1. Areas of Responsibility

Technical Sales Support

- Design and present customized solutions to customers

- Probe and gather requirements from the customer

- Understands the customer requirement and translate into proposals

- Technical solution provider face to the customer

- Design appropriate solutions with mix of product portfolio

- Define SLAs, prepare solution diagram and define scope of opportunity

- Share HLD with customer

- Revise the solution based on customer feedback

- Sign-off on the final proposed solution

- Associate with sales counterpart in techno-commercial discussion with the customer

- Interact with commercial teams in fine tuning the final proposal

- Drive project kick offs

- Help Project Manager in LLD discussions

Consulting:

- Meet customers proactively and make a pitch on company's capabilities.

- Help customer in RFP preparations

- Create customer awareness on company's products and simultaneously pitch services

- Share whitepapers and relevant documents

- Understand customer business organization and needs

- Educate customer on his segment needs and best practices

Domain Expertise:

- Collaboration with team as a subject matter experts

- Support marketing campaigns suitable for various functions

- Participate in seminars and present whitepapers

- Create case studies and references

- Train Sales teams

- Track competition and create attack models

- Update SWOT and positioning of the customer

2. Education & Technical / Professional Certificates :

- Post Graduate / Bachelor in Engineering - Electronics & Communications / Telecommunications

- Depth of knowledge in the domains of Voice, IP/MPLS, GPON, FTTx, VPN and other emerging technologies with flavor of access technologies

- Preferred certifications like : CCNA / CCNP / JNCIS

- Should have a 6-9 years of relevant experience

3. Key Skills :

- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers

- Good blend of telecom domain and technical skills

- Good negotiation skills and people management skills

- Good Listener
