Prepmat Technologies Private Limited (Prepq.com) is a platform that aims to make examination preparation in India more accessible and affordable. We have developed a community where students can search, discover, and subscribe to various preparatory content created by top teachers, coaching institutes, and educators across the country. Our platform not only helps students access the resources they need to ace their exams but also provides an opportunity for educators and coaching institutes to monetize their content by reaching a wider audience.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Intern at Prepmat Technologies Private Limited. The intern will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, and customer service. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and contribute to the growth of our platform.

Identifying Potential Partnerships :

- Research and identify potential coaching institutes, teachers, and other content creators for strategic business partnerships.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities.

Engaging External Partners :

- Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential partners through business pitches, telephonic discussions, and presentations.

- Tailor communication strategies to effectively convey the value proposition of partnering with Prepmat Technologies.

Managing Onboarding Process :


- Facilitate the seamless onboarding process and online registrations for acquired partner accounts.

- Provide guidance and support to partners throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition.

Addressing Account Inquiries and Concerns:

- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, or complaints.

- Promptly address partner queries and provide satisfactory resolutions to maintain partner satisfaction.

Maintaining Relationships:

- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with content creators and partners.

- Regularly engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and preferences, and proactively address any challenges or opportunities.

Job Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field & in the last / second last semester of your internship

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (preferred).
