Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing strategy and plan to support revenue generation based on market research and includes advertising, and public relations.
- Ensure that PrepOnline's key differentiators and marketing messages are clearly distributed internally and to targeted audiences in order to meet brand and lead generation objectives.
- Develop a Leading Brand Imagery across multiple online portals around the company that is in line with the organisation vision
- Set and meet monthly, quarterly and annual strategic marketing objectives for awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Strategize, launch, monitor and lead execution of PPC campaigns across various channels such as Google and Facebook.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns in Google and other ad networks
- Recommend Landing page changes and other inputs based on analytics
- Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns across web including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development.
- Develop PPC strategies to improve/expand PPC campaigns and achieve maximum efficiency
- Manage and guide the team with best proven practices for maximum efficiency.
Requirements :
- At least 1 yrs. of experience in digital marketing space.
- Has managed campaigns worth more than 2 lakhs per month.
- Experience with people management in leading and coaching diverse team members.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and tracking multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
