Role : Customer Experience/Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities :
1) Overseeing the customer service process.
2) Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone calls, online chats, emails, social media etc
3) Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
4) Ensure superior customer service by taking care of the customers & their pain areas
5) Should be self-driven and a smart generalist.
6) Excellent interpersonal skills with written and oral communication skills.
7) Should be proficient in English speaking
Salary : 18-23k per month
Location : Gurgaon (Presently remote working)
