Premsons Motor - Senior Relationship Manager (3-6 yrs)
Job Role : Senior Relationship Manager (Team Leader)
Company : Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt Ltd (Dealership of Maruti Suzuki)
Location : Bariatu, Ranchi
Salary : 30,000 - 35,000 per month
Experience : Preferred - Team Leader in Automobile Industry
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and Motivate Team : Guide, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Strategies : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
4. Performance Monitoring : Track team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
5. Problem Solving : Address and resolve any customer or team issues promptly and effectively.
6. Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements :
1. Experience : Prior experience as a team leader in the automobile industry is preferred.
2. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge : Familiarity with Maruti Suzuki products and services is a plus.
4. Education : A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
