PREMAS was founded in 2005 by a group of professionals who had diverse skills and a history of success across sectors like Energy, Biotech and FMCG markets. Position Summary:
Premas Life Sciences is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Marketing Head to lead our marketing team. We are in search of a creative B2B marketing specialist with the ability to strategize, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that yield tangible business outcomes. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including outreach, campaign and event management, digital marketing, branding, messaging, positioning, strategic research, and employee communications.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning : Develop and meticulously execute the annual business marketing plan, aligning it with the company's objectives.
2. Collaboration : Partner closely with the Product Managers and Sales team to uncover valuable insights and formulate marketing and branding strategies for both existing and new products.
3. Industry connect and Key Opinion leader engagement : Create influential connections with the industry leaders and opinion makers.
4. Team Leadership: Assume leadership of the marketing department, overseeing its growth by identifying revenue opportunities among our established client base and securing new accounts.
5. Team Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with account managers to assess pipeline progress, address challenges, foster innovation, and provide training to consistently elevate team performance.
6. Integrated Campaigns: Lead the conceptualization, execution, and management of integrated marketing and communication campaigns. Collaborate with sales, solutions, content, and design teams to create cutting-edge thought leadership content (whitepapers, articles, blogs), diverse sales collateral (brochures, flyers, case studies), and impactful engagement at industry events, round tables, and webcasts.
7. Outreach and Branding: Work in collaboration with various marketing functions to drive outreach across digital, social, and tele-calling channels. Enhance our brand visibility within the industry through strategic relationships with industry analysts, advisors, industry associations, and the media.
Skills & Competencies:
- Education : A management graduate with a master's degree in marketing (PGDM/MBA).
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated B2B marketing expertise, ideally with exposure to consulting or KPO firms.
- Creative and Data-Driven : Possesses a dual-minded approach that combines creative thinking with data-driven decision-making, emphasizing scalability and innovation.
- Industry Specialization : Preference will be given to candidates with prior marketing exposure in Healthcare/Pharma
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Healthcare, and Hospitals.
Highlights
The position is based out of Delhi. However, the applicant will have a PAN India responsibility.
This position requires mobility with up to 40% travel on a monthly basis.
