Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify sales/marketing leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and follow-up.

- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to understand product offerings and customer requirements.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via phone or web-based tools.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in CRM systems.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide insightful solutions to customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology, life sciences, or B2B industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
