Role : Customer Care Executive
As a Customer Care Executive, the candidate will :
- Deliver daily support to current and prospective clients through various channels, including social media, email, phone, and web-based platforms, utilizing CRM.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, aiming to generate leads and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Reach out to enthusiasts and engage them in special events and activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum of 1 plus years of experience in customer relations and customer service.
- Ability to identify cases that require escalation and handle them efficiently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive outlook and energetic personality.
- Strong dedication to delivering excellence in customer satisfaction.
- Strong follow-through skills.
- Hospitality industry candidates can be considered.
- Short switches will not be a criteria for rejections.
- Candidates having excellent communication even with domestic voice process background can also be considered.
Note : The candidates who worked in other domains in any of the international call centers, or BPOs are eligible for this position.
- A degree or Diploma is not a mandate but a 12th pass is a must, Documents are a must for the current and last 2 organizations.
- US shift 9.30 PM to 6.30 AM, WFO all 5 days with Rotational week off
- Cab and dinner will be provided from the organization's end.
