- Join us as a Sales Associate/Executive to play a key role in helping students discover the right courses to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Sales Calls :
- Engage with prospective students through calls, building rapport and understanding their backgrounds, aspirations, and any challenges.
- Counsel students on course offerings, recommending the most suitable options.
- Maintain student records accurately in internal databases for organized follow-up and tracking.
Enrollment Assistance :
- Guide students through the enrollment process, including course selection, fee structure, and registration.
- Follow up with potential leads, clearly explaining payment cycles and other details to encourage enrollment.
Performance Tracking :
- Track and document all student interactions, outcomes of counseling, and conversion rates.
- Provide periodic reports detailing enrollments, sales performance, and counseling effectiveness.
Sales Pipeline Management :
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, including self-generated leads, referrals, follow-ups, and assigned leads.
- Work towards daily and weekly conversion rate goals, consistently updating the status of each lead.
Sales Conversion
- Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Follow profitability guidelines, contributing to revenue growth.
Student Coordination :
- Serve as the liaison between students and the operations team, managing communications from enrollment to course completion.
- Document all communications professionally, maintaining clear records.
Skills Required :
Fluency in English : Strong communication skills to engage and persuade students.
Sales and Negotiation : Proficient in selling, with the ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
Telephone Etiquette & Rapport Building : Skilled at building relationships and handling student inquiries professionally.
Listening & Questioning: Ability to understand students' needs through active listening and effective questioning.
Persuasion and Problem Solving:
Convincing and empathetic, capable of addressing student concerns and finding solutions.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for learning, and an interest in starting a career in sales and student counseling. No prior experience is required!
Knowledge and Tools:
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for data management.
Understanding of sales techniques and industry trends.
Solid knowledge of Pregrad's products and services.
