Prefinn - Senior Executive - Customer Service (1-7 yrs)
1) Answer customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
2) Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
3) Calling agents and HNI customer and source Asset sourcing leads
4) Call on leads sourced through digital channel.
5) Connect with Banks and customers and provide relevant documents required for disbursement of loan
6) Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
7) Adherence to internal policies and KYC norms while doing business.
8) Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and maintain high level of customer service.
