Summary :

Its can further influence government policy, insurance inclusivity and pharma research. All this leading to Better Health outcomes, a boost in operational efficiency at a provider level as well as across the industry and can fast track medical advancements through data.- Pred is on a mission to achieve this vision by unifying all stakeholders across the health ecosystem with a primary focus on interoperability, data consolidation and analytics. We provide smart solutions to Hospitals, Diagnostic centres and Doctors along with the ability to securely plug into the larger eco-system reducing cost, time and carbon footprint for all interactions and transactions among key stakeholders of the healthcare eco-system. We are looking for a Business Development representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead business expansion of our smart, data intelligent healthcare solutions.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Achieve revenue, customer acquisition and utilization goals for the assigned territory.
- Responsible for acquisition of key B2B customer-partners including Diagnostic centres, imaging Centres, Hospitals, and nursing homes in both private and government sectors.
- Developing new business opportunities and commercialisation through multiple B2B & B2C channels.
- Building and managing a strong KOL engagement program across specialties and healthcare thought leaders.
- Responsible for Channel Partner management and AR Management for the region.
- Work at all levels of customer management and develop long-term positive customer relationships, building loyalty and confidence in Pred Healthcare Solutions.
Requirements for the role :
- 3+ years of experience in Business development and Customer Success roles in healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering/Pharma/Science with 2+ years in sales industry.
- Sales and Marketing of SaaS products or services in B2B domains preferably in Radiology and pathology. Experience in business development roles in hospitals will be desirable.
- Experienced in community-based marketing initiatives for lead-generation.
- Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to travel extensively.
- strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization
