Pred Health - Business Development/Sales Role (3-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead generation & Lead generation strategies - Identification of prospects + Networking + Creating sales channels.
- Identification of Healthcare provider needs & Customizing sales pitch - Requirement gathering + Product-customer fit.
- Technical sales & product demo - Product Demonstration + Identifying pain areas & Solving Pain points.
- Conversion, negotiation & upselling - Proposal Creation + Negotiation + Closure.
- Customer engagement activities - New feature roll-out to current users + After sales support.
- Market feedback & sales strategy optimization - Supporting marketing activities + Reporting on outreach outcomes + Processes oriented with a focus on sales intelligence through feedback.
Mandatory Skills :
- 3+ years experience in Healthcare IT Sales &Technical Sales.
- Sound understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
- Strong network within the healthcare eco-system of Hospitals and Diagnostics is a plus.
- Academic background in a field associated to healthcare is a plus (Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, etc.)
