Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our customer base. This is primarily a - Hunter- role in - Inside-Sales- format; where you would be responsible for landing new customers. The goal is to drive sustainable customer growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Description
- Developing new business opportunities with target customers across geographies
- Identify trends and client needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Identifying partners and alliances to generate leads
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or management
- Successful track record in B2B software sales and negotiation in - Inside-Sales- format
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
