The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

What You'll Do :

- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.

- Identify trends and client needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

- Work on overall distribution strategy and execution for Precily, Inc

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

- Meet or exceed strategic goals and committed targets by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle

- Update lead status and all prospect interaction in CRM application daily

- Shape product and business by building powerful and lasting partnerships that drive Organization

- Identifying partners and alliances to generate leads

- Understanding the client's requirements and helping them with the apt solution

- Maintain relations with new and existing clients

About You :

- Qualification : Master's degree in business or management (MBA)

- Energy and Creativity. Ability to work in a high energy, fast- paced sales environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.

- Soft Skills. Update lead status and all prospect interaction in CRM application daily

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

- Time management and planning skills

- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

- Other Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

- Proven ability to plan and manage resources

- Self-audit activity to ensure accuracy and to enable improvement
