Pre Wedding Club - Executive - Sales (3-10 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in both online and offline education sales. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on closing sales, establishing institutional tie-ups, and providing top-notch telecalling and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our startup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution :
- Drive sales of our educational packages through direct online and offline channels.
- Identify and approach prospective customers, including individuals, schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently by leveraging sales techniques and strategies.
2. Institutional Tie-ups :
- Develop and nurture relationships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and other potential partners for sales tie-ups.
- Negotiate and close deals with schools, colleges, and other institutions for bulk purchases and long-term collaborations.
3. - Telecalling and Customer Engagement :
- Conduct outbound telecalling to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
4. - Administrative Support :
- Maintain records of sales, client communications, and lead status using CRM software.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
5. - Market Research and Strategy :
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and keep up with industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs, preferences, and potential product improvements.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
6. - Entrepreneurial Contribution :
- Work closely with the founding team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for business growth.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the sales process from start to finish.
7 Brand Awareness :
Candidate must be ready to shoot and post videos on and behalf of a brand for organic marketing and awareness.
