Pre-Sales & Business Development Role (3-7 yrs)

Business Office @ Amrop
- You will be part of the Business Office team at Amrop - Business Office is a strategic unit designed to enable smooth business operations and develop the overall capability of Amrop India.
- You will work directly with the leadership team and engage the Research team in carrying out your roles & responsibilities
Pre Sales and Business Development
Key Elements of Role
Driving GTM and Sales review
- Creating GTM plans in coordination with various practice areas
- Driving execution of GTM plans - quarterly and monthly plans, inter-Practice coordination, ensuring synergies and leverage between Practices and Partners
- Lead Generation - working with research team on live projects to build a lead generation engine. Be clued into market development to lead with ideas.
- Sales Reviews - supporting Managing Partner with analytical sales reviews. Ensure efforts are on track. Leading with ideas on correcting sales performance.
- Provide inputs on sales forecast
- Research - support sales through research on prospective clients or any other relevant issue
BD & Pre-Sales
- Support the business research team - Have an oversight of the market/industries; provide business intelligence
- Support the brand and design of the solutions being prepared
- Client servicing - Preparing and working on the Expertise deck; leveraging knowledge from existing cases and convert them into Case Studies
- Standardize Industry/Practice area presentations
- Managing BD Content end to end - Presentations, Practice presentations, product presentations. Ensuring updated content
- Rhythmic refreshing of presentation content in coordination with Marketing and global content - through own ideas as well as market research in adjacent domains.
Knowledge Management
- Integrate marketing content with GTM plan to ensure utilisation of marketing and thought leadership content in live sales efforts
- Facilitate a knowledge sharing within the firm being the central point with knowledge of all relevant plans and expertise pitches/work.
- Induction and training for new employees on above areas
Key Skills and Background needed
- Good quality Academic background
- Experience: 3-7 years in Business and Industry Research, Business Development and Pre-Sales and Consulting, Project Management, etc. in B2B and Enterprise driven businesses (Consulting, IT Services, Professional Services)
- Planning and Management skills. Organised and with ability to multitask.
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic to drive effective outcomes
- Learning Agility - Intellect and curiosity with drive to learn.
- High quality presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint
