- Work closely with Existing OEMs (Modular Kitchen & Furniture manufacturer) to establish commanding market share
- Develop dealer network to promote the product in B2C segment
- Identify New OEMs and dealers to introduce Praveedh range of products through regular follow up & solutions approach
- Work closely with Top Architects & Interior Designers to establish First-Name relationship.
- Manage Primary Sales to ensure adequate stock across the range at Distributor warehouse
- Ensure on-time servicing from distributor to OEM / Retailer along with quick complaint resolution, if any
