POSITION : Business Development Manager
LOCATION : Bangalore
Qualification : MBA from a reputed institution
Experience : 2 to 3 years of experience
Fixed CTC : Rs 4 to 6 lacs per annum depending on the qualification, experience and job expertise + Performance linked incentives up to Rs 3 lacs per annum
Job Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition (Lead Generation, follow up and conversion) across business verticals thru events, visits and digital marketing.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
- Client Relationship management & retention
- Generation of additional revenues from existing clients
- Creating, maintaining and updating the data base with complete customer profile in the CRM.
- Creating, managing and leveraging the network sites including website, Linkedin, FB, Twitter etc. to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Desired Skills :
- Up to 2 years of service selling experience.
- Excellent soft skills to communicate and demonstrate value to clients/prospects.
- Experience in business development for consulting and /or training would be added advantage
- Result oriented and target driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel. Willing to get transferred from one branch to another branch of the company based on the requirement of both the companies.
- Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
- High contact network
- Client convincing skills
- Ability to adopt to the organization culture and value systems
- Willingness to shift from Bangalore to Mumbai based on company requirement
