Job Description: Digital Media Assistant Manager - Jewellery Industry

Position: Digital Media - Assistant Manager

Location: Bhumi World Kalyan

Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery industry

Salary: Approximately 50-60 k per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead our online presence and digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media, content marketing, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Branding:

- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

- Identify and implement the latest trends in digital marketing, social commerce, and online branding.

2. Social Media & Content Marketing:

- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- Develop a content calendar and oversee content creation for posts, reels, and ads.

- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers for high-quality content production.

- Engage with customers, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.

3. Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Growth:

- Plan and execute Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns to drive sales and lead generation.

- Optimize website traffic through SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve product listings, descriptions, and user experience.

- Implement email marketing campaigns and retargeting strategies for customer retention.

4. Influencer & Community Management:

- Build partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and jewellery bloggers to promote brand visibility.

- Develop community-driven campaigns and brand collaborations.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to ensure high ROI on marketing spend.

- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms.

- Experience in managing luxury, jewellery, or fashion brands is preferred.

- Understanding of trends in jewellery marketing, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement.

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or video editing tools.

- Strong copywriting skills with a creative mindset.

- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
