We are looking for a Content Writer lead to develop, implement, track & optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. The position will be based in our Chennai office.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

- Researches and builds knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented

- Meets with subject matter experts in order to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed

- Collaborates with translators as necessary to convert writing into a variety of languages

- Works with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure that the finished documentation meets product requirements

- Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines

- Specializes in technical writing for one or more specific industries

- Manage our re-vamped blog, its editorial calendar, and network of bloggers and columnists. This includes the gathering, processing, creation and updating of content, and the day- to- day management of our websites content.

- Develop and maintain an in- depth knowledge of the online matchmaking and social networking landscapes, identify trends, and report on opportunities and competitive threats

- Review all of the site's contentto ensure a consistent tone, style, and approach, and work with the web design and development team to convert multi- media content into appropriate formats

- Work with the marketing manager and user interaction designer to define and implement communication strategies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of content writing Experience

- Proficiency in technical and non- technical writing especially for the web and excellent editing and computer skills (Microsoft Office and blog platforms or content management systems)

- Possess a balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands- on experience. Proven track record in a product/ content management as a writer or editor,

- Strong understanding of social psychology and consumer behavior

- Team player with strong analytical and project management skills

- Willingness to learn, switch roles as necessary, and to roll up one's sleeves to get a job done

- Self- starter with the ability to work independently in a fast- changing environment

- Energized by the opportunities and challenges of working at a small and growing company

- Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverable

- Confirmed experience to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time
