Job Description:
- Responsible for recruitment and management of RMs/DSA
- Identify, recruit and manage team of 8-10 Relationship managers
- Execution of sales strategy
- Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Responsible for assessment of market potential and work towards tapping the same with business delivery month on month
- Ensure branch/unit profitability
- Train and motivate team /channel partner to provide a better understanding of market/products & processes
- Monitor and review team/channel partner's performance. Help them achieve business numbers through active engagement
- Planning and execution of marketing/engagement activities at local level
- Meeting the expectation of internal /external customers on a regular basis as per laid down service standards
- Seek new customers and increase sales.
