Business Development - Education
- Responsible for new client acquisition by selling company's innovative range of high value product solutions and services to schools / colleges
- Developing strategies to explore new regions to generate more business
- Making presentations to eminent Education sector leaders to make them influencers.
- Relationship management with client schools / colleges
- Ensure higher level absorption of the product by school to meet program extension and renewal target
- Responsible for cross sell and up sell in the existing schools
- Ensuring smooth collection of payments from schools & Handling Escalations
- Train, coordinate and manage all the resource coordinators in the given zone
- Review audits and training sessions for existing schools
- Submitting sales report to the Regional Head / Head Office on a daily basis.
- Taking feedback from the Clients and users to ensure smooth functioning.
- Organizing events
