The Affiliate and Alliance Executive would explore a potential partnership with Strategic Partners (Advertisers & Publishers) and affiliate partners which could result in adding short and long term value to the Company. The main objective of this role is to increase long-term revenue as well as strengthen the company in the market. The growth drivers to expand would come from both existing lines of business as well as in expanding to new lines of business. Relationships derived from these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies.

Responsibilities:

- To onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining existing affiliate partners.

- Able to manage the campaign operations for advertiser as well as publisher.

- Responsible to onboard the new campaigns from different advertisers and reselling of the same.

- Capable of price negotiation on advertiser as well as publisher side.

- Responsible to get on-time feedback reports for the campaign delivery by the respective advertisers.

- Ability to do the report analysis and intimate the publisher to optimize the campaign accordingly.

- Responsible to get the validated revenue on-time for the campaign delivery by the respective advertiser.

- Able to maintain a healthy business relationship with the networks to grow the mutual business.

- Work with Affiliate to deliver advertising campaigns.

- Experience in delivering campaigns on CPI, CPL, CPS basis

- Increasing revenue stream from existing affiliate members.

- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.

- Can efficiently coordinate with subordinates, managers, affiliates to grow business.

Requirements :

Education - Bachelor's Degree (Marketing Degree is preferred)

Experience - A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (at an Ad Network, Marketing Agency, Advertiser or Publisher).

- Strong communication skills in English written and verbal.

- Have an understanding of online advertising tracking platforms like affise, Hasoffers, cake,

- Experience in Offer 18, Offerslooks etc in campaign management

- Excellent time management and project management skills, strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting.

- Effective sales and negotiation skills.

- Highly numerate, driven and results-orientated with effective reporting and presentation skills.
