Prajapati Group - Senior Sales Executive (2-8 yrs)
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro o economics on the sector
- Weekly updation of Sales Report and daily updating Booking Summary to supervisor
- Coordinating with Clients regarding Payments, Legal Documents pending if any.
- Coordinating with the Contractors and Site Engineers for the progress of the Projects.
- Participating in project's events, launch, ads and exhibitions arranged by the company.
