- This role is frontline role for Order and Diagnostics support. on a Contract.
- PSS would be expected to answer all queries pertaining to order of medicine and booking of diagnostics tests.
- PSS would need to communicate clearly and correctly with customer, internal teams and partners.
- One has to be prepared to work in a high pressure environment with a continuously evolving process.
- PSS should be customer focussed and have an urge to learn new products.
