Job Description :
- To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set by both the City P&L Head and the Business Development manager
- To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service through structured discussions
- To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co-Ordination(PWOC), 100%.
- To ensure that he and his/her team implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and spirit.
- Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem; resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey
- Addresses query of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the benefits of our solution.
- To seek awareness about the company's vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts and actions towards the same.
- Excellent communication skills
- 6+ Years of Sales Experience [Direct to Consumer Sales], with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience/key account sales experience in health care companies Highly Empathetic and High achievement orientation
- Graduate from Tier2 MBA colleges
- Strong Direct to consumer sales skills
