PR Properties - Executive - Guest Relationship (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Welcoming Guests: Greet and assist clients and guests visiting our offices or properties, ensuring they feel valued and well-informed.
- Information Management: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about properties, services, and processes to clients and guests. Assist in scheduling property viewings, meetings, and other appointments.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients or guests. Ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from clients and guests to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client and guest relations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback. Prepare reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement with the company.
