PPC Studio - Assistant Project Manager - Marketing (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who possesses an excellent technical background, the ability to juggle multiple priorities & tasks, and strong interpersonal & communication skills to join our project management team as Digital Project Coordinator.
As Digital Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our project pipeline, from liaising with clients to establishing deliverables; designing digital marketing campaigns; collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues & improvements; and using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for monitoring & reporting performance.
Responsibilities :
- Liaising with clients and other external stakeholders to draft service agreements and contracts
- Planning campaigns to meet project requirements and budget estimates
- Analyzing project requirements to allocate resources & prepare schedules
- Drafting project briefs for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with relevant team members to fulfill project deliverables and meet deadlines
- Coordinating with digital marketing team to track and evaluate campaign performance
- Producing periodic reports, presentations, and other updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring client satisfaction on project delivery and performance
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and other professionals
- Supporting opportunities to grow existing accounts or pursue new business
- Collaborating with digital marketing team to create and update marketing literature
- Training in project management software and best practices
- Familiarizing with best practices related to company services
- Familiarizing with company tools for marketing analytics and SEO
- Familiarizing with content publishing platforms for social media and websites
- Incorporating social and environmental targets in the annual performance review
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification :
- At least a bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
- A minimum of one year's experience working in an agency environment as a Project Coordinator
- Proficient command of both English and Thai language
- Experience in digital project management or program management roles
- Experience in creating engaging content for both offline and online channels
- Confident using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workplace, Trello)
- Practical experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Sound understanding of SEO best practices and the latest advertising & marketing trends
- Ability to present ideas, problem solve, and adapt in response to changing client needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines & goals, and prioritize effectively
- Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
