Responsibilities :

- Conduct activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales, and taking orders

- Prepare activity and forecast reports

- Update and maintain the database and reports

- Expand industry knowledge and the way we sell as a company

- Mentor and train junior associates serving customers by managing their expectations and delivering what you promise.

- Month no# and target-driven teams

Requirements :

- Experience as a sales or similar Inside sales role

- Familiarity with our industry is a plus

- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

- Understanding of how CRM systems work

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Multi-tasking abilities

- Patience when handling tough cases
