PowerMitra Cleantech - Intern - Telecalling & Sales (0-1 yrs)
1) Cold Calling, lead generation of decision makers and fixing meetings-Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
2) Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
3) Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Co-ordinating with teammates.
4) Noting important details of each conversation. Resolving queries and issues raised by customer
5) Meeting clients (mostly commercial and industrial decision makers, occasionally residential society decision makers) and understanding their solar requirements
Being fast learner, proactive and a go getter is the most important skill that we are looking at.
Timings: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (Mon-Fri) - Sat and Events if required, need to give additional hours
