Power Point Cartridges - Team Lead - Telesales (4-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to lead our Telesales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of telemarketing agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 telemarketing agents across 5 locations to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive more orders.
- Respond to and handle customer emails.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance and skills.
- Prepare visit plans for sales personnel to visit on-field locations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with service departments to resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and team performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, with a proven track record of sales success
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a telemarketing or telesales environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights
- Strong customer service
