Power Gummies - Performance Marketing Role (4-6 yrs)
Job Overview : As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability through the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-quality ad creative and landing pages that are optimized for conversions.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners and vendors to ensure the success of campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders and make recommendations for future optimizations.
- Work with the data analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
- Experience with various performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability through performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
