Power Gummies - Manager - Marketing (3-6 yrs)
- As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and brand through your expertise and experience in various marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Product Launch : Utilize your extensive experience to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring that they are well-received in the market and align with the company's strategic goals.
In-Store Promotion : Develop and implement in-store promotion strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales in retail environments.
Media Buying : Manage media buying activities, optimizing the allocation of budgets across different media channels to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
ATL/BTL Campaigns : Oversee both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, coordinating creative and strategic efforts to reach a wide audience while maintaining a personal touch.
Event Planning : Take charge of event planning, from concept to execution, to create memorable experiences that enhance brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.
Press Release : Craft compelling press releases and establish relationships with media outlets to secure coverage that positively impacts our brand and products.
Visual Merchandising : Lead the visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that our products are presented attractively in both physical and digital retail spaces.
Point of Sale Materials (POSM) : Develop and manage POSM materials to support marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring their availability and effectiveness at the point of sale.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of media buying, advertising, and promotional strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead marketing initiatives effectively.
